I hope you are having a wonderful day full of love and joy!

For the health of your heart take time out of your day to tell someone how much you care about them (don’t forget yourself!) and not just today but everyday. It’s very healing to the heart to spread some love around.

According to Karol K. Truman’s book Feelings Buried Alive Never Die heart problems are related to these feelings:

  • Violating the laws of love: knowingly or unknowingly
  • Feelings of compassion or rejection being blocked
  • Feelings of resentment and/or hurt
  • Not feeling approval from others
  • Upsetting family problems
  • Has a difficult time forgiving (including self)
  • Wanting to release from responsibility
  • In a relationship that hurts

And in Louise L. Hay’s book You Can Heal Your Life (Gift Edition) the heart represents the center of love and security. She also gives an affirmation to help the heart: My heart beats to the rhythm of love.

Heart problems are longstanding emotional problems. Lack of joy. Hardening of the heart. Belief in strain and stress. The affirmation if your experiencing these issues is: Joy. Joy. Joy. I lovingly allow joy to flow through my mind and body and experience.

And for heart attack the feelings associated with it are squeezing all the joy out of the heart in in favor of money or position, etc. The affirmation is: I bring joy back to the center of my heart. I express love to all.

In every disease process emotions play one of the biggest roles. To heal your body, mind and spirit work on dealing with your unresolved emotional issues and you will begin the healing process.

Much love to you all!
